7-Day Replacement Guarantee

We strive to deliver top-notch quality. If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect bedsheet set, you are eligible for an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return / Exchange

• The bedsheet set must be unused, unwashed, and in its original fold packaging with all tags attached.
• Photo or video proof of defect must be shared with our support team via WhatsApp (+92 327 2587700) or email (maheertextilepk@gmail.com).

Refund Process

Refunds are applicable in cases of major manufacturing defects or stock unavailability. Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 5-7 business days after item inspection.
